Contributions may be allocated to a specific entity or support the organization’s overall work. Available payment methods are shown in the contribution form.

Donation follow-up uses a unique contribution reference. Donors may contact CRESH directly for clarification, receipts or information about the use of a contribution.

A financial or material contribution can help strengthen CRESH initiatives in health, education, protection, accommodation, training, agriculture and community development.

Donors may choose to support one entity or contribute to the mission as a whole. When a specific designation is requested, it should be clearly stated so the team can assess whether it can be honoured.

Every contribution is received with respect and responsibility. Contributions are recorded to support administrative follow-up.

A clear process

How is your contribution tracked?

The contribution form collects the information needed to identify the donation, its amount, currency, selected programme and payment method. A reference is issued to make communication with CRESH easier.

When payment is made through an integrated gateway, the transaction status must be confirmed server-side by the provider. A return page or screenshot alone is not proof that a payment has been received. For manual transfers, donors can provide the transaction reference to help with reconciliation.

Receipts and confirmations are handled according to the organization’s internal procedures.

Time, skills and equipment matter too

Support for the mission can take many forms. An individual may volunteer, share expertise, provide training time, support an internship or contribute equipment to a structure. An institution may offer technical, financial or logistical assistance.

Proposals are considered in light of needs, priorities, safety requirements and CRESH’s capacity to receive support. Contact the organization to present your proposal and discuss next steps.
